Pre-Ordering

• • Pre-ordered kits are available only at launch, and come with a 15% discount on the kit (not including shipping). The pre-order window will stay open for 2 weeks. The first preorders are the kits that will start printing first, and will ship first.
  • IMPORTANT: Fourthwall will draw the funds as soon as you place the order, and while kits may start being printed immediately, the Televase kits will not ship for at least 3 weeks.
  • Once all of the pre-order kits have shipped, the kits will be re-listed and the listing will stay up for as long as the product is available. 

No refunds, only replacements/exchanges

• • All NackHabitat kits are printed on-demand, made to order, and can take 12-24 hours of printing, refunds are not availble. Any defective or broken parts due to shipping will be replaced at least (1) time per part. 

Parts

• • The included 3D printed screwdriver is not meant to be a replacement for a metal screwdriver. It is only designed for 1, maybe 2 uses dependig on how much torque you use. Please watch launch video linked above for more details. 
  • All parts are 3D printed using durable and high quality glass fiber PETG filament.

Shipping

• • Domestic shipping is usually sent via cheapest USPS available with racking. International shipping is sent via UPS with tracking.
  • NackHabitat does its part to reduce waste. Shipping materials are recyclable and sometimes reused: Cardboard may have markings, scuffs, or bends. Logo Laser-cut cardboard may produce small dust or paper particles
  • Honeycomb paper wrapping may leave minor residue, simply wipe clean
